Saint-Laurent is about to welcome hundreds of new residents, thanks to the Trantor Realty and Jadco Corporation, in collaboration with Neuf architecture and Lemay + Escobar design. Phase one of the luxury rental condominium complex, Monarc Rental Condos, will greet its first tenants in late June and more than half its spaces are already rented.
