Saint-Laurent is about to welcome hundreds of new residents, thanks to the Trantor Realty and Jadco Corporation, in collaboration with Neuf architecture and Lemay + Escobar design. Phase one of the luxury rental condominium complex, Monarc Rental Condos, will greet its first tenants in late June and more than half its spaces are already rented.

Known for its migration pattern to Mexico and back, it depends on milkweed to survive its long journey, which is where Monarc Condos and the butterfly conservatory at Marcel-Laurin Park come in. The large woodlands near the development’s location are full of nourishing milkweed.
