Director of Technical Services

Delio Rosa is a results-driven experienced real estate manager who contributes to improve the relationship we have with our living spaces and our user experience. He enjoys devising strategic plans as well as creative solutions to solve everyday challenges.

By combining his mechanical engineering background from l’ÉTS, 20+ years in various markets and an effective network of industry specialists, he brings forth his skills in technical services, engineering, logistics and operations management. Delio negotiates all supplier and service contracts, implements cost efficient maintenance systems and manages all major projects in order to optimise the value of our property portfolio.

Prior to joining Trantor Realty, in addition to his 10+ years entrepreneurial journey in technical building maintenance services, Delio spent nearly a decade at Sollio Cooperative Group (La Coop Fédérée) as the Chief of maintenance, where he oversaw all HQ activities, and as the technical project manager in numerous property holdings in their network.
