Alexandre Bouhadana, CPA

Managing Partner

Alexandre Bouhadana is an accomplished real estate executive with extensive experience in the financing and execution of investment projects, property development and management and acquisitions.

He negotiates major leases, and is responsible for all aspects of Trantor Realty’s acquisitions, property renovations and asset management activities.

Prior to co-founding Trantor Realty, Alexandre spent nearly two decades at SIDEV, most recently as the Vice President of Finance where he was actively involved in the operations and management of a $30MM commercial renovation, and put forth new initiatives to save the company over $300K per year.

Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting from HEC Montreal and is certified as a Chartered Professional Accountant.
