Who determines the resale price of my condo?

You determine the resale price of your condo. Our team will however, be happy to guide you in this process if you would like.

How is capital gain calculated?

The capital gain on real estate is calculated by subtracting the purchase price from the sales price.

What is the down payment required to buy a unit?

Do I need to get my mortgage with the same bank that is financing the project?

Can I modify the plans before the construction of my unit?

What are Trantor Realty’s obligations towards the buyer/tenant?

Trantor Realty must comply with all the legal obligations set forth by housing protection laws applied in the city, province or state of the project. Trantor Realty must also respect its commitment to the buyer/tenant pursuant to the sales contract/lease. If there is a change to the sales contract/lease, Trantor Realty must advise the potential buyer as quickly as possible and, if required, reach a new agreement with the buyer/tenant.
